We shall be required to provide emergency lighting services across the University campus, accommodation and remote sites.

Safety Checked Ltd were established in 2017 to provide Electrical and Fire Alarm Services. Since then we have grown significantly, employing six full-time staff and, despite the pandemic, increased our turnover year-on-year.
Our office, based in Tanfield Lea Business Centre, is ideally placed to support our customers throughout the North East, including: estates support services, facilities management companies, care homes, leisure, retail, student lettings and landlords.
