Your Fire Alarm System is a life-critical system and/or designed to protect property. Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order the premises manager or duty holder have a legal obligation to ensure that the fire alarm system is maintained and serviced by suitably qualified and competent persons.
Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) is cost effective way of meeting your obligation and legal duty to provide your tenants with a safe hime. We recommend that PAT Testing is carried out before the start of a new tenancy to ensure that both old and new appliances are in safe working order.
Our Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) are a cost effective way to ensure that you are meeting your legal obligation for electrical safety. The EICR should be carried out at the change of (or before the start of) a new tenancy and at 5 yearly intervals for a houses of multiple occupation
